To install BBScanner on your phone, go to http://ota.bbscanner.com using your BlackBerry's browser.
If you need to install the app using Desktop Manager, use the files contained in BBScanner.zip if your BlackBerry is running OS version 4.5, use BBScanner.zip if your BlackBerry is running OS 4.6 or 4.7, and use BBScanner.zip if your BlackBerry is running OS 5.0 or later.
